DESTINATION COUNTRY GUIDE
Find the Correct Apostille or Legalization Route
The destination country determines whether a U.S. document follows the Hague apostille route or requires embassy legalization.
Choose the country where the document will be used. If you are unsure, request Full Service and a specialist will confirm the route.
Hague Countries
Documents for Hague Convention countries generally follow the apostille route after the correct state or federal preparation is complete.
Non-Hague Countries
Documents for non-Hague destinations generally require authentication followed by embassy or consular legalization.
