DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL SUPPORT
Document Retrieval Support
Apostille Global Services helps prepare and coordinate requests for eligible certified records when a client does not have the correct document for apostille processing.
We first review the document type, issuing authority, requestor eligibility, required identification, authorization, and supporting documents.
This is the Apostille Global Services service fee only. Any state, government, or agency record fee, vendor charge, delivery cost, and required supporting document is separate.
What Our Retrieval Service Includes
- Review of the document and issuing authority
- Review of requestor eligibility and authorization requirements
- Preparation of the applicable request form
- Organization and review of client-provided supporting documents
- Preparation of the mailing or submission packet
- Order Tracking and Follow-Up
- Coordination of the apostille process after the correct document is received
What the Client Provides
The client provides the required identification, authorization, relationship documents, lineage documents, signatures, and other supporting records required by the issuing authority.
Apostille Global Services reviews and organizes the packet but does not create or independently obtain personal supporting documents that the issuing authority requires from the requestor.
Documents We Commonly Review for Retrieval
- Birth certificates
- Marriage certificates
- Death certificates
- Divorce records
- Court records

Why Retrieval Requires Review
Retrieval rules depend on the record, issuing authority, age of the record, requestor's relationship to the person named, identification requirements, authorization, delivery restrictions, and the version required for apostille processing.
We confirm the requirements before preparing the request.
