Preparation Error Correction Guarantee
Apostille Global Services is a private document authentication service. We are not a government agency. We provide procedural information and document preparation support, not legal advice.
Apostille Global Services stands behind the paperwork and routing we prepare.
If an apostille authority rejects a submission because Apostille Global Services made an error in the paperwork or routing we prepared, we will correct the error and resubmit the document without charging another AGS service fee.
What the guarantee covers
- An error in AGS-prepared paperwork
- An AGS routing error
- Correction of the covered error
- Resubmission without another AGS service fee
What the guarantee does not cover
- Government, embassy, consular, notary, translation, document retrieval, courier, or shipping charges
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
- Altered, damaged, incomplete, ineligible, or improperly issued documents
- Missing signatures, identification, authorization, supporting records, or client-supplied attachments
- Decisions made by a notary, issuing office, apostille authority, embassy, consulate, carrier, or receiving organization
- Government-rule changes after submission
- Government processing delays, carrier delays, loss, or events outside AGS's control
- Rejection or nonacceptance by the foreign receiving organization after an apostille or legalization has been completed
Final acceptance is determined by the organization receiving the document. Apostille Global Services does not guarantee government processing times or acceptance by a foreign receiving authority.
How to claim
Email info@apostilleglobalservices.com with your order number and the rejection notice from the apostille authority. We will confirm coverage and, if the rejection is within scope, correct the error and resubmit without charging another AGS service fee.
