No-Rejection Guarantee

Apostille Global Services is a private document authentication service. We are not a government agency. We provide procedural information and document preparation support, not legal advice.

What the Guarantee Is

If the California Secretary of State or the U.S. Department of State rejects a packet we prepared or reviewed, for a reason within our control, we will fix and resubmit the packet at no additional service charge.

Which Products Are Covered

  • Full Service — packets we personally prepare, notarize (where applicable), and submit on your behalf.
  • Human Specialist Review ($40) — packets you assemble that a specialist personally reviewed before submission, and that we cleared for filing.

Which Products Are Not Covered

  • $10 Automated Pre-Check. The automated review is an instant machine check — helpful, not a guarantee. It does not carry the no-rejection guarantee. Upgrade to Human Specialist Review or Full Service for the guarantee.
  • Do-It-Yourself packets we did not review.
  • Notary Guide, guides, and other free tools.

What "Within Our Control" Means

The guarantee covers rejection reasons that a specialist review should have caught, including:

  • Formatting, ordering, or cover-letter errors we introduced.
  • Wrong notarial certificate type (acknowledgment vs. jurat).
  • Missing county authentication step where required.
  • Wrong routing (state office vs. federal office) that we recommended.

What Is Not Covered

  • Government fee changes and processing-time changes.
  • Errors introduced by the client after our review (edits, re-signing, replacing pages).
  • Issues with the underlying document itself: forgery, wrong issuing office, wrong signer, expired document, or a document that cannot legally be apostilled.
  • Acceptance decisions by foreign consulates, embassies, employers, schools, courts, or other receiving parties abroad — those decisions are outside our control.
  • Delays or losses caused by the courier, postal service, or a government office's own backlog.

How to Claim

Email info@apostilleglobalservices.com with your order number and the rejection notice from the Secretary of State (or the U.S. Department of State). We will confirm coverage within 3 business days and, if the rejection is within scope, correct and resubmit at no additional service charge. Government re-filing fees and shipping are the client's responsibility.
