Payout Rules

Referral payments apply to Full Service orders only.

For each qualifying, completed Full Service order:

Partner earns $20 per qualifying completed order — paid per order, not per document.
New referred customer receives $15 off their first apostille document — $110 instead of $125. Additional documents stay $95.

Flat rate. Every qualifying completed order earns $20, no matter how many documents it includes.

Important Program Details

Referral payments apply only to Full Service orders that are fully paid and completed.
Partner commissions are paid per completed order, not per document. Only one referral payment may be earned per customer order.
The $15 customer discount applies to new customers only, to the first document only, and cannot be combined with another promotional discount unless we approve it. Additional documents are $95.
Cancelled, refunded, duplicate, or fraudulent orders do not qualify.
The referral code or link must be used when the order is placed.
Participation is subject to the Partner Program Terms.
Regulated professionals are responsible for ensuring referral compensation complies with their professional and ethical rules.

Immigration-purpose orders are excluded from referral payouts. Referral fees are not paid on orders where the document is for a visa, green card, adjustment of status, work authorization, asylum, or other immigration matter.
